Exhausted. I had exhausted my camera battery. I was physically exhausted from swimming against strong currents and in a larger swell than I had typically been accustomed to documenting. While I would have preferred to venture into this session as a surfer, something that day told me to grab my camera in place of my board. This section much further north than where I usually staked was showing up, consistent, and fairly unridden. Three hours later, I'd finally called it a day after grabbing this shot.
